How will they receive it?
After payment is verified, the code appears on your confirmation and is emailed to your signed-in account. Share the code with your recipient by your preferred method. Save the code in case the email does not arrive.
How do they use the gift card?
Sign in, add your chosen products to the bag and apply the code at checkout. Use one gift card per order. Pay any remaining amount with Mobile Money or card; unused credit stays available for a future order.
Can I send it to someone without an account?
Yes. Share the gift code with them after purchase. They do not need an account to receive it, and will sign in or create an account when applying the code at checkout.
What if I need help with a payment?
Contact us with the payment reference. If your payment was charged but the gift was not completed, ask support before paying again.
