Find your fit
The right size. The right feeling.
Start with a measurement, then check the chart for your chosen brand and model.
01 / START WITH YOUR FEET
A simple measurement goes a long way.
Set up
Place paper on a hard, flat surface. Wear the socks you plan to use with your sneakers.
Stand and mark
Stand with your weight evenly balanced. Mark the back of your heel and the tip of your longest toe.
Measure both feet
Measure between the marks with a ruler. Repeat for your other foot and keep the longer measurement.
Check your chosen pair
Use the brand’s foot-length chart and any model-specific fit notes. Match the sizing system on the product page.
02 / MATCH THE BRAND
Size labels, made clearer.

Size conversions are brand-specific. Foot length is different from the CM/JP label on some shoe boxes. For measurements, additional sizes and model details, use the official chart.
Official Nike chartFit is more than a number.
- Measure both feet and work from the larger one.
- Check width and model-specific fit as well as length.
- If you are between sizes, check the brand’s guidance for that model.
- A snug shoe should not pinch. Do not depend on stretching to fix a poor fit.
