How Google uses information from sites that use its services
Information you provide
When you place an order, create an account, save an address, or contact us, the app receives the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and message.
How information is used
We use these details to manage your account, process and deliver orders, respond to support requests, and provide order updates. Payment details are handled through the payment provider shown at checkout.
App storage and service providers
The app uses browser storage for features such as keeping your cart available. Base44 hosts the app and its data. Payment processing is provided by Paystack when you pay at checkout. Those services process information needed to provide their functions.
Optional analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits, traffic sources and shopping activity such as product views, additions to the bag, checkout and confirmed paid purchases. Google processes analytics identifiers, device and browser information and visit activity. Analytics cookies are not loaded until you agree. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. We exclude admin and account pages. Order confirmation activity uses a generic page address without the order link or access token. Purchase events include an order identifier, catalogue items, quantities and amounts to measure sales and reduce duplicates. Private query parameters are removed. We do not deliberately send names, contact details, delivery addresses, payment details or gift-card codes to Google Analytics.
Cookie preferences
You can choose Essential only and still shop normally. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice at any time. Withdrawing permission stops future analytics collection from this browser and clears its Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase reports already received by Google. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days.
Your choices
You can contact us through the Contact page to ask about information associated with your account or order. Please do not include payment card details in a support message.
Updates
We may update this notice when the app or its data practices change. The current version will be posted on this page.
